Demian, currently the Superintendent/Principal of the largest K-6 elementary school in Santa Barbara, is in his 29th season in education.
Having worked across all levels of the K-12 environment, he also has experience as a district-level administrator and has taught in credential programs at the university level.
Along with his current duties as Superintendent/Principal, he is the current president of the South Santa Barbara charter of the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) and teaches in the local Preliminary Services Administration Credential (PASC) program, helping those that want to become administrators.
A published author, Demian is a life-long learner who continues to make a difference for students and seeks to support schools and the people who work in them.
